MOLL INDUSTRIES EXPANDS
DALLAS, TX - Moll Industries, Inc., a plastics injection molder and contract manufacturer of healthcare and consumer products, announced today it has purchased InteSys Technologies in Donegal, Ireland, and the assets of InteSys Technologies divisions in Empalme, Mexico, and Costa Mesa, California. As a result of the expansion, Moll adds prominent medical and consumer products companies to its existing base of similar customers, and advances its footprint globally continuing a steady growth trend. The move was strategically driven and fulfills business objectives within core market segments in which Moll is established and experienced. The development increases capabilities, enables greater geographic serviceability and illustrates Moll's financially sound and growing presence as a key global plastics pacesetter.
FOOTPRINT GLOBALLY Production will continue at all locations with Moll's commitment to improving levels of service.
