MOLL MEDICAL CELEBRATES 2005 ANNIVERSARY MANUFACTURING NASOENTERIC TUBES
DALLAS, TX - Moll Medical, a molder and manufacturer of medical devices and components that is a division of Moll Industries, Inc., celebrates its five-year anniversary as the singular supplier of the complete line of ready-for-use nasoenteric feeding tubes to a major US market leader in 2005. Moll Medical has been providing thorough and extensive contract services for this line including injection molding of Y-port connectors that permit patient irrigation and medication administration, injection molding of patented flow-through tungsten bolus ends, printing of tubing demarcations including french sizes and part identification, finishing tip-and-perf processing, lubricant solution procurement and application, final pack out, full lot traceability for all materials, and audit and functionality testing.
Production is achieved in a Class 100K molding and assembly Clean Room built specifically to meet the customer's needs. The dedicated work cell space yields six sizes of tubing in three different lengths for global use. Last year volume was close to one million parts. Moll Medical is a full-service contract manufacturer and custom injection molder possessing extensive experience in production of Class 1, 2, & 3 Medical Devices and assemblies.
